Lesson credits
Each credit covers one 90-minute online, one-to-one lesson. Credits can be used only across AP subjects in the purchased $50 or $100 price group, with no transfers between groups, and expire 12 months after purchase.

Tutor matching & changes
Valedon matches tutors. Contact us for a change. Only the very first Valedon lesson can receive a one-time credit restoration for dissatisfaction; later completed lessons remain used. This is not an automatic cash refund.
Cancellations
Notify your tutor at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and exceptions are reviewed by the administrator before any credit is deducted.
Lesson records
Valedon tracks completed lessons and package use directly. Lesson times and the study plan are agreed with your tutor, and meeting links are shared with you.
Before payments open
Online payments are not open. Final seller details, purchase terms and the monetary refund policy will be provided before checkout is enabled. For questions, request a Google Meet introduction.
